EDUCATORS FIRST, LEARNERS ALWAYS
I've spent my career working inside the Victorian education system — as an educator, careers counsellor, school and educational leader — so I understand the complexities schools face from the inside out.
My work focuses on vocational and applied learning, student pathways and system improvement. Well-connected and highly regarded across the sector, I work alongside school leaders, educators, industry and government to help navigate change in practical, sustainable ways — always with student outcomes at the centre.
I bring deep expertise in VCE Vocational Major, VPC, VDSS and careers education, and a strong understanding of Victorian Department policy and curriculum development. People I work with know they can rely on me to be organised, clear-headed and genuinely committed to seeing things through.
I started The Nexus Group because I believe schools deserve support that's grounded in real experience — not just advice, but someone who will roll up their sleeves and work alongside you.
